Feeding a long line of orphans and widows in Kenya

The pathway to hope starts here.

Through fundraising, partnerships, and sustainable projects, we provide housing, education, and essential resources such as land, food and clean water. We serve orphans, widows, and vulnerable individuals, creating pathways to hope, stability, and lasting transformation.

Jose S. Parra

President

Jose S. Parra is the President of Narrow Path Fellowship, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to bringing hope to those who feel overlooked, forgotten, or without direction. With a heart for service and a deep commitment to Christ-centered leadership, Jose leads with the belief that true impact begins with love in action.

A retired United States Air Force veteran, Jose served honorably for 21 years on active duty, where he developed extensive experience in supervision, leadership, and team management. Following his military service, he continued his commitment to serving others through 15 years of work with the Department of the Air Force. Across both roles, Jose has consistently led with integrity, discipline, and a passion for people.

Jose is a graduate of seminary school and remains actively invested in developing others by mentoring current students as they pursue their calling. For over 20 years, he has faithfully served in his church community in a variety of roles, including greeter, security team member, and worship team participant. He currently serves as a Connections Team Coach, helping guide and support leaders in building meaningful, life-giving relationships.

At the core of Jose’s mission is a desire to reach individuals who feel like hope is out of reach. Guided by 1 John 3:18, “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth,” he is committed to living out his faith through tangible acts of service, compassion, and leadership.

Jose is a devoted husband to his wife, Susan, and a proud father to Brandon, McKenzie, Mikayla, Gentry, and Cade. Whether leading his family, serving his community, or building Narrow Path Fellowship, Jose strives to walk the narrow path—faithfully, purposefully, and with a heart to uplift others.
